If you have a Priority Pass card (from Chase Sapphire Reserve, Amex Platinum, etc.), unfortunately there is no Priority Pass lounge at SNA. Your only options are the two airline clubs above, or the credit cards that provide access.
Active-duty military and their families can use the USO Lounge in Terminal B (landside, before security). Free snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, and a quiet place to rest.
